James is the Founder and Managing Director since 2000. James built his expertise of the telecommunication sector by working with some large clients including Robert Fleming Bank, ABN Amro, Courts Furniture PLC and the Northern Ireland Court Service. He was also one of the founder shareholders of Peoples Phone PLC. James started his professional career working for Shearson Lehman Brothers and Guidehouse merchant bank in the early 1980's.

Tatiana joined Communications Department as the Operations and HR Director in 2007. Previously she trained and worked at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust for 10 years. Tatiana brings to the business an extensive knowledge of the public sector, coaching and training experience, excellent facilitation skills as well as expertise in people and change management. She graduated with BA Hons in Psychology, MA in Psychoanalytic Observational studies and MPhyl in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

Robert is the Company Secretary and a Strategic Business Advisor. Throughout his very successful career as an entrepreneur, Robert
co-founded and managed many fast-growing businesses, including Clubmans Club PLC, Orme Developments PLC, Glentree Estates PLC, Fleet Street Letter and Peoples Phone. Peoples Phone, a mobile phone service provider with 400,000 subscribers, was subsequently acquired by Vodafone in 1996.
