TCD Telecoms Audit

In the pursuit of best value clients often request that we review their communications channels. The purpose of such a review is to benchmark their current service; to gain a deeper assessment of where they are now and where they are going - with a focus on functionality, performance, and expenditure, including tariffs, rentals - and to control notional costs e.g. a resolution of operational inefficiencies incurred in billing and invoicing.

In consultation with our client we develop and implement a plan; the result is an all-encompassing telecoms audit produced by TCD – highlighting all possible efficiencies and savings, without any loss of quality or service levels.

TCD will identify the location and costs of all fixed telecoms across your organisation and provide a strategic baseline of where the organisation is financially and technically. The fixed audit will provide information on all telephone numbers and their associated rental charges including:

· Types of number, monthly spend and what the line is used for.
· How many different telephone numbers there are at each site and   whether they can be streamlined
· Home worker call, rental and ADSL charges
· Feature line/ Centrex costs
· Internet access charges
· Telemarketing charges
· Equipment rental, maintenance and calls to premium rate
  numbers

From this information we then produce a report identifying short, medium and long-term savings, how these can be achieved and managed through a projected lifecycle – during which we will enable you to analyse and control all telecom-running costs.

Additional Services
TCD supply, advise, implement and maintain performance management services on an ongoing basis - we provide a range of services to sustain & support the improvements an audit achieves and identifies.

Recharging telecoms
We can help you recharge from your existing telecom bills or call logging software, internal departments or external organisations for telecoms services used which you pay for initially.

Process Management & Telecoms Contracts
We assist in setting up centrally managed services for new orders and cancellations for any telecom service e.g. phone lines, ADSL or telemarketing numbers.

TCD routinely record orders for clients and ensure that all sites, temporary, new or closing sites – and home workers – are recorded to allow for operation clarity.

All the work we carry out can be undertaken in conjunction with your existing ordering systems.

Implementation
We can implement the savings, and also replace existing suppliers that are under performing along with any unapproved suppliers which have come to light with more competitive, approved suppliers.
