Planning
To research and properly acquire an overall picture of the existing
communication set up – we will need assistance from various
departments within your organisation. Once a comprehensive assessment
is made, we are able to compare matters in relation to market
trends, pricing, and benchmarks. We can participate in planning
workshops to advise on sourcing options, and prepare technical
documentation collaboratively with you.
A TCD consultant may be
assigned to assist in the development of procurement/tender documentation,
attend meetings as appropriate with short-listed bidders, assist
in the evaluation of bids and advise on the selection/award decision.
TCD provide risk assessment and due diligence recommendations
and ensures the commercial side of the implementation is in order,
and that T’s&C’s are agreed with your suppliers.

– we will look at all hidden costs: attend necessary meetings
on an advisory basis; attend short-list bidders’ presentations
and assist with evaluation; we analyse short-listed pricing structure
and policies.
Due Diligence
We verify information given by bidders.
Implementation
We advise & assist on implementation, execution, and electronic
billing systems.
Post Project Review
We can provide you with a post project review, covering the realisation
of projected benefits, lessons learned, and future thoughts or
recommendations.
