Water Audits: Overcharges
We also carry out an audit of your water and sewerage charges. That enables us to identify any overcharges and seek to recover them on your behalf. For some clients we have recovered up to 6 years of overcharges, saving them large sums of money.
Water Meters

We can do the calculations and give you an independent advice.
Oversized water pipes lead to needless recurring charges as standing charges are based on the pipe diameter size. We can identify the correct pipe diameter for your site and arrange for a replacement, subject to standard terms and costs from your existing water provider.
Leak Detection
We can quickly identify leaks at your side of the water meter which can lead to significant and immediate savings. This can be achieved through bill analysis or an on-site survey. One solution to prevent the problem from re-occurring in the future is to install a smart data logger (subject to standard rental costs) attached to your water meter; if the problem happens again you will receive a text or an email to inform you that your water consumption has suddenly increased significantly.
